To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or using an Account.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Self-Exclusion: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from pak234 or have an active self-exclusion in place, you are not eligible to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required for identity verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak234 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify pak234 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected breach of security.
pak234 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as part of responsible operational practice. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the Platform.

Where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where verification documents cannot be authenticated, pak234 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing and, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, close the Account entirely.
Pakistani Users: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is an accepted primary identity document for KYC purposes. Please ensure the name on your Account registration matches your CNIC exactly to avoid verification delays.
Deposits made into your pak234 Account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment method registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing conditions are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; always verify the current limits at the time of your transaction.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform for local familiarity. This does not constitute a representation that any of these providers support gambling transactions, endorse pak234, or are affiliated with the Operator in any way. Actual available payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of use.
pak234 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. The Operator accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money funds that are available and not subject to any pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
pak234 does not guarantee fixed processing timelines. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and verification status. The Operator will aim to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. No guaranteed payout windows are stated or implied by these Terms.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. The Operator reserves the right to implement staged payment schedules for large withdrawal amounts.
pak234 may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms and conditions.
pak234 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or hedging betting patterns solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to specific sport and market rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to market availability and the Operator's right to limit, refuse, or void bets.
pak234 offers sports betting markets on events including but not limited to Pakistan national cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC events. This does not imply any official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team, franchise or governing body.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend betting markets, cancel bets or adjust odds in the event of obvious errors, system malfunctions, or where the integrity of an event is in question. In such cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned at the Operator's sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
pak234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach, any funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach, the Player's real-money balance (minus any applicable bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pak234 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding KYC or withdrawal requirements.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak234 holds its gaming licence. The applicable jurisdiction for dispute resolution is the licensing jurisdiction of the Operator, details of which are available on request.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should note that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes arising in Pakistan, independent of any choice of law provision contained herein.
pak234 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to notify registered players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
